    Dear,

    I have tried to install the theme but it doesn’t work, I remember there was the service for installing the theme on my behalf, do you still provide that service?

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    We do not have such a service, however, we always help with installation.

    Did you try to install it on the existing site? If so, please roll back to the previous state and insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area.

    If you try to install the theme on the new WordPress installation, please provide the credentials. I will reset all and reinstall. What builder do you prefer?
