Add to Cart Works – Visit Cart – Go to Homepage and Items are Gone from the Cart

I am having an issue when adding a product to the cart. That actually works fine. You then go to the cart page. If you go back to say the home page then the cart appears to be empty. A user must add the items back into the cart. But then the items appear again. Our hosting company is getting this area when debugging:

Seems to be something wrong with sessions storage on your website. Our shopping cart widget is based on default WooCommerce cart widget. Could you please try to add it to the sidebar and test how it works too?

I added the “Cart” widget to a sidebar and nothing is displaying.
What would you suggest I do next?
Try to disable all extra plugins and check without them. Maybe there is some error caused by some of 3rd party plugins installed.
