    Hi,

    thanks for the great Support before.
    All ok now.
    But one big Problem must also be fixed to make my Website work.

    Here the Problem:
    If i have this in my Broser

    ?post_type=product&farbe=schwarz

    now i want sort with woodmart sort filter,
    it brings

    ?orderby=price&paged=1&post_type=product&farbe=

    it should be

    ?orderby=price&paged=1&post_type=product&farbe=schwarz

    How to fix it?

    As we can see, you are using some additional plugins for filters. In this case, could you please test how it works with the default theme to see if it is caused by our theme or not?

    When we switch to the default theme we can’t filter products by color. It just spins infinitely so we can’t test how it works https://prnt.sc/20rgg40

    Hello,

    I saw that too.
    But you can simply enter the following URLs in the browser and you will see that the filter works.
    The problem is that the Woodmart sorting destroys the existing URL string.
    The Woodmart sorting variable only needs to be appended or exchanged.
    Everything else must be preserved.
    The default Theme not destroy the URl String, only append or exchange sort Variable.

    Please make it work, Im gone crazy.
    Have searched long Time for perfect Theme and Product Filter.
    This is the last Problem to be fixed.
    Then i can start my Project.
    Why is that all so complicate, good Theme and Product Filter.
    I need that Filter.
    Its perfect for Mobile.
    Look at mobile and you will see.

    But as I mentioned above.
    The filter is only a minor matter.
    The Woodmart sorting filter must contain existing external URL variables.
    The default theme sorting does that too.

    That doesn’t just have to apply to my website.
    That should be a global rule.

    Hello,

    Yes, but if you simply put the URL when the WoodMart is enabled it works in the same way. You need to ask plugin developers for help on this matter. Or you can disable your filters plugin completely and use our theme widgets instead.

    This sorting dropdown is a part of the WooCommerce plugin not our theme.

    Apology,
    but that’s not right.
    The Woodmart sorting works differently than the default theme sorting.
    Here are the evidence videos.
    The difference is clear, isn’t it?
    I’m currently in conversation with the filter provider about other things, but that’s really not up to him.
    It also works in the standard theme.

    If it doesn’t work correctly with the child theme only, then there is some piece of PHP code that breaks this functionality. Note that the child theme is empty by default so any code there is added by you or your developer. That is why you need to fix or remove that code and fixing such kind of problems is out of our theme support scope.
