here i didnt find it: Please check the Theme Settings > General > Cookies and low

i realy dont know where to find it. On beginnning when install this site two monts before i set up this message somewhere, maybe throught front end with elementor or somewhere in backend. Then was update of theme and maybe from that time i cant find this option where to edit it.

i simply dont know, i guess it wass possible via elementer to edit this on front page on beginning, but now i simply cant to edit it, i dont see this option. I realy need to change text there and maybe in future remove it…
