Relevanssi Not Working

    Hi,

    My website search seem not working well. I try to search a product by a product name on the search tab, but it stated ” No products were found matching your selection “.

    Even i have installed the Relevanssi Plug in and also turn ON in the Theme Settings but still not working to search product by name.

    Please assist me.

    Hello,

    Please check the Search element in the Heder builder. Most likely it is configured for searching for posts or projects.

    In case the Search element has been configured properly, please insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area.

    Hi,

    the Search element has been configured properly from my side.

    But when I try to search for a product name for example ” CT 40 ” it shows no products. Instead need to put “CT 40 BATTERY” then it will show up.

    What I want is just put for “CT” the search then it will show the model related to the word “CT”

    Woocommerce search finds the product by a keyword. WoodMart search is based on the Woocommerce default functionality.
