Promo Popup not disabling

    I turn off promo popup https://gkjewelers.pk theme settings general > promo popup > off but it is still showing on site

    I already cleared cache but it is not removing from site after disabling it

    Do you mean this Promo block: https://gyazo.com/708aa474c329ac18b544f10c06ec88a5 If so, it is disabled in the Theme settings > General > Header banner.

    I have checked your site in Chrome incognito and I see no Promo popups. Please clear the browser cache.

    Hey my site is live so I used lots of delay time because I was irritate

    The problem is it is off right now I already send the credentials and it is already off in general settings check attachment but it is showing I already cleared the cache of my browser my site and restart my server but still facing same issue

    another problem is when I want to edit banner so edits are not showing on the live site please help asap

    right now I used this to remove banner

    }

    Please clear the browser and site cache I see no popups on your site now or show the video screen how to see the problem.
