In your wood Mart Theme , added filter but can't run.

    We added the filter, like to set billing phone unique, so added add filter code ,

    on theme function, this code can’t run. Code works local server perfectly but can’t run live server.

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
