How to move Description under products in category page

I want to show the brand logo above the products. But description under the products. How can I achieve this goal?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

Ok, How can I move the specification tab from the end to the second position Is there any option in the theme to hide the review and delivery tab in some products and show the review tab and Delivery tab on some pages.
Secondly is there any UI option for the tab to select from?
Thirdly I want to display products from the same brand after RELATED PRODUCTS.

1) The Tabs are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence it. To add/remove tabs to the product page you need to read the following link for further help: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs
2) There is no option to edit tabs UI.
3) Related Products is a section that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
4) Please provide some relevant screenshots to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
