Am I Able To Delete A Post

Hi, I recently became aware that a couple my conversations in the forums are listed on the internet when I or anyone else typed in my business name in the search engine online. I’m a little bit uncomfortable with this, because of privacy reasons. I don’t want the customers knowing every problem I ever faced or whenever I’m facing a new problem with my website. Is there a way I could delete those posts? Please see below for the 2 links I saw online, I’m not sure if there are others.
