    Dear sir,
    Mobile version HTML block (experimental) not working
    i apply a different html block for mobile but not showing mobile html block showing always desktop version template.

    kindly do the needful.

    Hello,

    Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area).
    I have tested locally it works. What page can I test?

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    MOBILE VERSION HTML BLOCK (EXPERIMENTAL) NOT WORKING till, working only showing after admin login.

    Hello,

    It seems some of the plugin is harmful, as soon as I deactivated the plugins the site got blank, please restore it from the backup.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    Disable the child theme and activate the parent theme.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
