video cover doesn't work fine on tab and mobile

    I put a video cover in the slide revolution plugin and it works fine in desktop but in tab and mobile the video dosnät fit all cover and there is black tape on top and bottom of the video
    how to fix this

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
