1) The issue with the widgets has been Resolved. Please try re adding the widgets in the Shop page widget under Appearance >> Widgets.

2) This is how it is set to be displayed for mobile.

3) Please try re adding the widgets in the footer columns then check back.

Note: Please create new topics for each issue in the support system to avoid any confusions.
