    Hi,

    i’m sorry to say that but i have many problem with this template, i start 4 different topic in just 2 days of work with it.

    Now the problem is the mess on all the element in every page (image size out of control, footer not show, icon not show, strange padding etc…) and i did not modify anything

    i attach various screenshot

    I think i have to ask you a refund sorry

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    There is a bug in the Elementor plugin and you can read a similar issue on their Github https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/16467
    As a workaround, you need to click on the “Preview” button while editing your footer HTML block. And always keep the preview window opened whiled customizing and saving your HTML blocks with Elementor.

    Hi Elise,

    i’m sorry but i’m not happy about this solution, you sell the theme with elementor and you have to be sure that working problem (link on github says October, so more than 1 month ago) i think you have to know that issue before selling.

    Now i have a completely messy site and don’t know to fix it

    If you can do it for me it’s ok otherwise i have to ask a refund with a lost of time waste

    Hello,

    WoodMart theme is based on Elementor and WP bakery page builder. These are almost the best builders and even though sometimes they have bugs. Now WordPress, for example, has a bug in widgets, and the WoodMart theme cannot influence either.

    You can choose the layout of the Footer in the Theme Settings > Footer, then you can add the widgets in Appearance > Widgets.

    Hi Elise,

    You speak only about the footer, maybe you did not take a look of all screenshot i had attached.

    – Missed icon (replace with square)
    – No padding and margin in various section (all pages)
    – strange giant image size

    Anyway I ask a refund via envato

    Sorry but I can’t risk to do anything more with this template

    Hello,

    1. The problem is caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly. https://gyazo.com/0d2f60c12a528933b7fad3ff4a910293

    2. This padding is important for all the Woocommerce templates, in order to remove it from the home page you need to add this negative margin to the first section if you use Elementor https://prnt.sc/uhivji or set margin-top:-40px in the upper row settings: http://prntscr.com/lexqqs for WP bakery page builder.

    3. The image size depends on the wrapper it is inserted into. Just to test, create two rows: one with three columns and one with one column, insert the image widget in all the columns, and compare the image size in a row, having one column and row having three columns.
