Password requirements for users creating an account?

1. How can I reduce the requirements that the template requires when users are creating new accounts on this page? https://bandgear.co/my-account/

for example, it has to be at least 12 characters long right now (!)

2. What are the exact rules? Since the little tooltip doesn’t exactly explain the MUST requirements.
