Dear customer support,
I am working with the Woodmart Premium theme. Recently, we are not able to load the templates that come with the theme. The templates are visible, but they do keep loading when we want to include them on certain pages (see attachment).
Furthermore, when we try to download demos, we get the following notification: “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.” (see attachment)
I have tried to disable some plugins, but we are scared that we lose some custom settings. Is there a way you guys can solve this problem, but enable us to keep our settings?
