    Hello! I was changing the Header builder. And after, ut lost the background colour
    I renewed it. But it didn’t work
    Please, can you tell me what ekse I can do?

    Hello,

    Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. Then go to Header builder and resave them. If it doesn’t help, please, provide us your admin access so we can check.

    Hello,
    Thank you a lot for your quick response.
    Unfortunately, I didn’t find the settings about HTTPS protocol.
    The photo in the attachments.
    But, recently we have problems with secure protocol of oue site.
    It was insecure and we changed it to secure.
    But we have www connection
    So, we should change it?
    But and the same time we have protected SSL certificate on our website.
    Could you please tell us what we should do?
