Why the HTML block at the right of the mega menu couldn’t show? (pc&mobile) And it only can show when I login into the WordPress background. Why? Is that the slider revolution problem or HTML blocks problem?

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
