Extremely slow back end

    Our Woodmart site backend is extremely slow, especially the theme customizer.. which takes ages to load.
    Kindly let us know any hints how we can speed up the same.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.
    I had installed and checked with the Woocommerce storefront theme and felt that the back end was faster.

    Please, turn off all the third-party plugins and switch to the default theme temporarily so we can measure the server response time and compare it to our theme.

    Hi,
    We have moved the site temporarily. Please find new url shared.
    Activated the twenty twenty theme and deactivated all third party plugins.
    The site appears all messed up.
    Please take a look.

    As we can see, everything is still activated. Please, check the response time on backend with a default WordPress theme without plugins. If you can’t do this on your live website, please, create a staging copy where you will be able to perform such kind of experiments.

    We have activated our theme and it is very fast. We don’t see any problems with the speed on backend.
