Compare and wishlist goes to same page with multilangual (PolyLang)website

    Hello,

    Dutch is the default language, but in the header we have compare and wishlist element.
    Dutch works correct, when we switch to french we see also dutch pages.

    We use Polylang and translated this pages.

    French
    https://www.lextase.be/fr/liste-de-souhaits/
    https://www.lextase.be/fr/comparer/

    Dutch:
    https://www.lextase.be/wensenlijst/
    https://www.lextase.be/compare/

    Configering steps:
    we selected language french and go to theme settings > shop > compare en slected compare page, also voor wishlist and both languages, but don’t works and frontend not working correct.

    Please help me.

    yes, that’s works fine.
    But the icons in the header don’t work correctly. (left sids from shoppingcart icon).
    In dutch language goes to french pages.

    It looks like the plugin doesn’t translate this page link. You need to contact plugin developers for help on this matter.

    but when I switch to theme settings and add select the pages for dutch and french, it’s saving not correct, when I go back to the first language theme settings it shows the second wishlist and compare pages, is this not a theme issue?

    It works correctly with WPML. We don’t know what is wrong with Polylang. If there is something that should be done from our side we would be happy to help. But you need to ask Polylang why it doesn’t work since they know how it should be best.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us. I’ve an old version of Woodmart 5.3.6 but this option is already available.
    At the root of the theme folder, there’s a wpml-config.xml, but some options are missing.

    If you upload the file attached to wp-content/polylang, it will add in the String Translation filtered on “Polylang” group a line with the page ID. Customizing it should solve your issue.

    You can also ask Woodmart developer to add this option in their wpm-config.xml. It will be translatable out of the box.

    I can’t upload xml files.
