    Hello,

    Our theme off canvas sidebar requires a specific HTML structure to make it work. And since this plugin has its own HTML structure, unfortunately, we can’t adapt our off-canvas sidebar to work with it. That is why you need to disable this option and use the standard sidebar functionality with this plugin.

    I understood on account of this, but since I also addressed this problem to the command of the multivendor, could you please contact us?

    I gave a link to a topic in their support, and here is their answer:
    “as you are a customer of Woodmart, can you please ask them over forum, to contact us via our email [email protected]”

    Maybe, if any edits on your part are not possible, the multivendor team will make those edits for their plugin.

    Please contact them if possible.

    I will write later what problems there are with layout compatibility and title display. Explanation: there are no such problems in the storefront topic.

    Sorry, but it is not possible to implement off-canvas sidebar there. The only way to fix it is to disable off-canvas in our Theme Settings and keep the default sidebar.

    Let us know about other issues and we will try to help you.
