    Hi there,

    we have a big problem, namely that the online shop loads slowly. We have a very good server at IONOS. So it’s definitely not the server itself. So we use cache plugin WP Rocket and I have set this plugin as in a post you saw. Nevertheless, there are differences.

    What annoys me is that AGAIN the product image cannot be clicked in the archive. Why is that? Even if I change the product mask, I cannot click on the product image. Can’t it be that I only have problems with your template?

    I ask you for a solution 🙂

    Speed problem is solved. But the product image cannot be clicked in the archive.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    The website you provided does not use the Woodmart theme. It is using Flatsome.

    Yes, because we have extremly Speed Problems with your theme. We must change the theme. We will probably ask for a refund. How can we best do this?

    The template creates a lot of js and css files that are much too high for the page speed. every time there were also problems with clicking the product image. These are all things that stop US everyday. As Head of Marketing i have Not the time to do this. We should have been online 2 weeks ago. I think a refund is the best replacement for this damage.
