    some 2 hours ago i created a new topic. but its gone, how is that possible.
    But anyway, Now again here is my problem.

    My website was not working anymore, everywhere white pages. i called my hoster and the told me it was the Xcore plugin from the theme. they switched it off.So my site is working again but with errors. see the attachment for screen copy. the category menu is gone.
    can you please help me.i downloaded and installed the core plugin also.

    Yes i seen it. but on each computer i see it.

    OK, we can see it using VPN. Seems that you have some country restrictions for your website.

    We see that you don’t have correct links added to your categories menu. You can edit it in Appearance -> Menus.

    The xcore plugin was not activated, now everything works fine i see. but can you see the site now? if yes do you like it?

    But our theme doesn’t include any xcore plugin. Do you mean WoodMart Core plugin?

    i tould you i have now reinstalled the woodmart core plugin and overhere it works. But my question for now is can you see my website?
