Woocommerce does not provide the option to arrange the order of products for each category separately, WoodMart does not have such an option either.

You can change the default product order in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog and these settings would be applied to all the categories.

Alternatively, you try to search for a plugin, we have not met or heard about any, thus we can hardly recommend it.
