The site crashes when elementor vs wpBakery Page are both enabled. The same problem occurs again when 1 of them is not active.

HTTP and HTTPS are configured correctly. the problem is not caused by it etc.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. In the process of the installation of the plugin, please install one building plugin, you are going to use. It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on WP bakery page builder into Elementor. Page builders plugins are provided in Appearance -> Install plugins.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. Initially, you installed WP bakery page builder. If you want your site to work on the Elementor, you need to reinstall all and create your site from scratch on Eelementor. Please do not install and activate WP bakery page builder.

In case you want to work with the WP bakery page builder, please disable and delete Elementor.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

I installed it from scratch with Elementor. The title is problematic. no color selected. and it is dysfunctional. I posted it at the top of the site. I explain the problem clearly, you write what I know.

    I tried every way.

Can you login and check from the panel?

    Hello,

The problem may be caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
