Cant Load Single Product Page

    Hi,

    Im having trouble loading the single product page of the website.
    when I click on any products on the home page it should redirect me to the single product page but it is now showing a 404 page not found

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the products are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    Hi,

    thank you. I just found out its because the slug has Chinese characters in it and that is why cant load, I tried to remove the Chinese character from the slug and it can load the product fine.
