Product Page – Size Variant – Advance layout question

This is the 3rd website i use the Woodman theme, and i am very happy.
This site i am building, i am trying to buil a product page that offer several sizes and colors.

Each size has his own number how many items in a box (some cover 100 sq ft and some cover 130 sq ft)

So each product has min items. My challenge is how to I create that>? I would love to make it dynamic and not hard-coded.

Any ideas what plugin i can use or if the theme allows building something similar?

Attaches is a mockup design i did, no site yet.
