    Hello,

    I upload the demo promo banner layout and added same image size like a demo template image is, but my added image is very blurred. Why so even though the image quality is good?

    Hello,

    Please do not set the size, leave this field empty or set “full” and check how it works.

    What image format you would otherwise recommend and whether the image should be larger than the banner size?

    Hello,

    Please insert the image or bigger size. Most likely the blurred image is caused by its size.
