    The PRODUCT column is very narrow on the woodmart CART layout, how do I change the layout to make it wider? we can’t read easily the product details as pictured in PRIVATE

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    You misread, i need to make the product column wider, the current layout I see is the same as your DEMO one, nothing abnormal, how to make it wider? its too small to show product variation properly

    Please deactivate the plugins and detect which one causes the problem.

    Have you checked the shopping cart without the plugins?

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    And send us the screen of your shopping cart without the plugins.

    Same Problem here…. The checkout page is broken/squeezed. All plugins were deactivated. The issue is not solved yet….

    Hello,

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hi,
    This issue is affected to the Woodmart theme. All plugins were turned off, but the issue was still there. The checkout layout works well with other themes. I guess it is a conflict with a multi step checkout plugin, which were installed in the past. This is similar to the checkout picture of kilimats.
    You have got permission….

    Please make the full backup of your site, update the theme, then update all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins and Woocommerce database.

    Done….issue is still there. I updated all plugins and the theme as well.

    If this would be the fact this issue would be permanent with other themes, too. But other themes work well. Furthermore, I used the checkout widget of Woodmart in Elementor and no customization.
