Product Page not showing for some products

Hello!

We are having issues with some products of our website, I already made some copies out the products, but the problem persist:

They are the products that have bigger amount of color variations, up to 10 per product. Maybe thats the problem.

Please guide us with what you can

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Done. And the page shows the products.

So it is a problem with the theme.

Hello,

After we looked into the situation, we found the issue resulted from the “AJAX variation threshold” option that has a very high value (https://prnt.sc/26cg68n).

To be able to get rid of that issue, you need to set the “30” value for the “AJAX variation threshold” option in Theme Settings -> Single Products -> Images.

Hey Luke!

Thanks now its working! But the problem is that I put that threshold amount because someone from support here told me to put it in this high value.

Now I also have another issue. The filters of the Shop (size, colors and prices) are not appearing, where could I put them back?

Is this critical to my website? I asked my host provider and they told me the package that I’m paying its only until 120secs

Hello,

1. The filters of the shop can be activated from Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop page Widget area.

Attribute filters (e.g colors, size, brands) are available from the “WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav” element.

To be able to activate the price filter use the “Filter Products by Price” element.

Het thanks Ill do it.

Now, Im having a more critical problem.
My website is having a Internal Server Error and I cant access. This is BAD.

Any help?

Hello,

Error 500 can be caused by PHP and sometimes by apache (when .htaccess contains incorrect rules). If .htaccess has valid syntax then the best way to resolve this issue is to contact the host support because this problem is beyond our limitations and support policy, unfortunately.
