main navigation drop down on hover

    How can i make drop down on hove on main navigation ? Please tell me step by step with the help of screen shot in every step.

    Hello,

    You need to go to the Dashboard > Appearance > Menu.

    My requirement is a button with no link and under that i want to show multiple pages links. To do this i went to menu then i chose custom link with #. There i could not find any hover or drop down thigs. For more information see below

    Information (main button with hover effect)
    dealers (button with page link)
    distrubutors (button with page link)
    dealers usa (button with page link)
    distrubutors usa (button with page link)
    dealers aus(button with page link)
    distrubutors aus (button with page link)

    I want this in main navigation. Tell me which button should i choose ? pages or posts or what from left side ?

    Please check this manual: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide provides detailed instructions on creating/editing/saving menus.

    I want this in main navigation. Tell me which button should i choose ? pages or posts or what from left side ?

    You add the items that you want to see in the drop-down, you need to add these items as the sub-menu items.
