i know it not connect to the teemplate but it take it over

i install your template on active website and manage to change every thing beside this
whatsup little icon and not relevant text

The issue is coming from the CSS you added. Please remove the CSS then check back.

Hello,

Sorry but we could not help with the CSS added from outer resources. You need to find out the CSS and remove it then the issue will be fixed. It might be coming from Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS.
