IPWEANZParticipantHiya,
I’m using the Ajax product tabs widget in some pages made with Elementor. Generally, it works great.
Since I’m selling tickets to events, I’m using a plugin called Foo Events. Foo Events integrates with Woocommerce, so works beautifully with the Woodmart theme Woocommerce features – except for one small thing. I’m hoping you can help me address that one thing.
In the Foo Events settings, you can toggle “Display event date on product listings”. This puts the date of the event below the product image, and above the product title. This is what the setting looks like: https://help.fooevents.com/docs/topics/events/global-settings/#general
In the Woodmart shop, this displays without problem. This is true whatever the pagination setting.
In the pages built with Elementor (using the Ajax product tabs widget), this also displays fine, e.g. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/20224133?key=887bda43b7d91d8f40e199494031ef8c
The problem comes after pagination on Elementor pages. In this case I’m using the “Load more” button to load additional event products. Foo Event Products that load after clicking “Load more” are missing the date. It should appear under the image, before the title, but just doesn’t appear. E.g. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/20224211?key=d06385449455cf38e8cba91c54433600
You can see this happening here: https://www.ipwea.org.nz/#events -> initially you’ll see events with dates visible, but if you click “Load more items” the subsequent events don’t have dates.
I notice this is also true with events displayed on other tabs in the widget.
Thanks for your help.
Mike

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please contact plugin support and find out the reason the data disappears after AJAX has worked.
Best Regards

IPWEANZParticipantI think the problem lies with the Woodmart block “Ajax product tabs”.
I think this because the Foo Events data displays as expected in Woocommerce pages. It’s only in your widget that the data seems to disappear.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins. We have not tested our theme with this plugin.
Please contact the plugin and ask them to give instructions for a fix and we will add it.If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
