    Hello Elise, team,

    For a while now, we’re facing an issue with Instagram API.
    The IG posts are not displayed on our website, despite the renewal of the token, cleaning cache and so on…

    You can see the issue at the middle-end of the link provided (and evidence attached).
    Could you please advise?

    My ip is 37.115.27.175

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    It’s not possible to let you desactivate plugins and theme on production site.
    Please advise.

    Please create a staging platform, clone your site and move there. We will test on the staging site not touching the live site.

    I’ve looked further and I can see that the issue appears only on the production site.
    While looking at the response headers, I can see “URL signature expired” for the IG pictures got from API (they’re not displayed).

    Hello,

    Do you add Instagram in the Product page settings, if you do, please remove it, this feature has been deprecated and would be removed soon as it is not supported by the new Instagram integration.
