Speed-NO issues. Need prompt Solution for Mobile Results on Homepage -Google PSI

1. First of all, WP Rocket is not the only plugin out there in the market. And it is NOT the number one or Top most in the Universe. And there is NO such proof either.

Also, I think with this response of yours, it seems, you have completely IGNORED my previous message. And have NOT even gone through the details at all.

2. Secondly, by NO means, you people can or should force to use the PAID plugin, that is WP Rocket.

3. I already informed that our hosting is on LS Servers and LS Cache plugins works best and is compatible with the same too.

4. It seems, few people at support are Not aware of LS Cache plugin and its settings. Hence, might be distracting ,we users. Or have a misconception, that ONLY WP Rocket is everything or Unbeatable or GOD-Like.

5. Also, if at all, the results would have Not been better for desktop too, one may have considered using WP Rocket. But as I clearly mentioned (with every bit of possible detail), and as can be seen too, that if the results are comparatively better for our site (as compared to yours), for desktop, and in almost every aspect, then this itself Proves that LS Cache plugin is doing its job, and much better than WP Rocket too.
And so our Hosting service and its speed too. This cannot be denied.

5.a. Take this other way, if LS cache plugin would Not have doing its job, then it would not have shown better results for Desktop too and comparatively better results too (when compared with yours).

6. With your message, it seems, that you trying to ONLY pinpoint or find out what we or any of your customer is missing or Do NOT have, even if there is single tiny thing. And trying to make that single thing the ONLY Culprit, or the root-cause.
Because, NOW you could not find anything wrong with our site and our comparison factor, you want to blame some other way. Is that so.

What about ALL remaining differences that can be clearly seen from above screenshots and details (that I have posted).
Can’t this be seen.

7. I have shared credentials with you already. Would have appreciated, if you could have checked things at backend. Settings of LS Cache plugin and other things too.

8. Instead of writing this way, should not you actually try to look into each point and try to resolve this thing.

9. You did not even care to look into and answer these below queries too, that I asked earlier-

Point and Query is –
i). Why we are still getting the jquery related result in Eliminate Render blocking resources. When we have completely removed Rev Slider. Below is what showing –

What this file is for. As suggested in SOG page, this can be eliminated by disabling Rev Slider. But this is still showing up (in Google PSI results), when we have already Deleted or removed that.
How to get this removed further.

ii). If every result of our site is comparatively better with these 3 of the major Testing sites, then why ONLY for mobile (as per Google PSI), the result is not as good as it is for your same Demo Decor site (as mentioned in SOG)

I found that, for this specific demo (as mentioned in SOG), a Separate Home page is prepared and added for Mobiles, by your team. Please correct me If I am wrong.
Other than that, I think there are few other settings and changes have been made, by team, just for Mobile devices. Am I correct. Is that so.

I wanted to know about those settings and changes specifically. So that we can try by implementing those too. If there is anything else also, then please let me know.

10. I already wrote, that I am NOT blaming Woodmart theme at all, regarding speed and similar comparison (atleast for Desktop by using same Demo – Decor).

With that said and above request, we do NOT mean to say or inform, that Woodmart Theme is slow. By no means, we want to convey this. So far, speed from the Woodmart Theme seems pretty decent and much reasonable, atleast for us.

We are ONLY looking for solution and better results for Mobiles, nothing else.

Thank you for your inline response.

1. First of all, it is clearly mentioned in the SOG article, that one can use any other plugin, and so we did. As can be seen here-

1.b.The LS Cache is NOT using Older technologies, at all. This comes pre-bundled with one of the latest Server technology too and is compatible too.

1.c. The LS Cache plugin has got almost all such settings, as suggested in SOG article. Even may have got more, as compared to others.

Desktop performance is almost the same 90+. And Google measures Desktop and Mobile performance differently so this detail doesn’t make any sense…

Not only this, for All other areas, it is showing better results from other Testing sites too, for the Desktop. We are Not focussing ONLY on 90+

It doesn’t prove that this plugin is better..

So, that means, even that doesn’t prove that WP Rocket is better, if it is showing better just for Mobiles. Hence proved too.
Also, LS Cache plugin may not be better, but on the other hand, cannot be worse too. Shall not be under estimated.

4. Above all, we have mentioned very clearly, that if -LS cache plugin would Not have been doing its job or not performing well, then it would not have shown better results for Desktop too and comparatively better results too (when compared with yours).
Including Server Response Time, everything below seems much better and showing comparatively better results for us on those Major testing sites, like -in terms of TTFB, fully loaded time, Performance (as per GTM results), Server Response Time, FCP, Speed Index (as in WPT results), and many other aspects.

The only thing is for Mobile results through Google PSI test.
That really needs some attention.

5. So point is, WP Rocket alone, could not make such a huge difference.
Specially, considering below points on Same Decor demo, and for Home page –
a. When we are NOT using Promo Pop Up for mobile, whereby your demo is using
b. NOT using Top bar for mobile, whereby your demo is using
c. Not using Rev Slider. NOT using Google Fonts at all
d. Also, when our Server Stats are higher than what is used for your Demo and hence giving better results too.
e. And few others..
Even Server Response time is almost Half for our site (as compared to yours), as can be seen from previous screenshots too.

6. So if there are so many Positive and additional points on and for our site, they WHY to Stuck just with ONE difference of WP Rocket, that too when we are still using one of the better one.

With WP Rocket, jQuery library was deferred correctly and not marked by Google. And with your plugin, it is not…

In SOG it is mentioned, that to disable this warning, one should remove Rev Slider plugin, or disable that setting from Global options. And for your info, we have already Deleted the Rev Slider. So, how come that is still showing up. Logically, it should NOT be there at all, when it is Only coming out from Rev slider (if not used any other plugin too).And we are NOT using any 3rd party plugin so far, too.

9. ii) What I come across, It seems correct. Please check below Screenshot, this section has been completely removed from mobile view.

Have you seen that..

If this has already been removed (and still you did not accepted), then there could still be the possibility that something else or few other changes might have been made. That is changes for mobiles, in order to improve the results. That is why I asked earlier also.

10. If at all we have been using WP Rocket, then you may have been trying to find some other difference. Finding out JUST the difference in-between two is NOT always logical. One should find, when that makes Really a difference. Not to forgot, the points in 5th above too.
There are many other users (customers of Woodmart), using WP Rocket, but are not getting results even close to ours. Not even above 80 or so. And then you are suggesting them some thing else, and trying to pin point or find out their weakness (even if it is not).

That also means that WP Rocket alone cannot do the justice. And is NOT the only one out in the market.

11. I only wanted to know, Overall, how we can improve the results (for Home page) just for Mobiles to be shown through Google Page Speed Insight testing. Please help on this.
What else is required, and what is missing from our side, in order to bring the results equal or atleast similar to what is showing for your Demo site (as in SOG).

Yours is showing 96-98 for Mobiles, while Ours shows 62-86 for Mobiles.
We only want similar results once on and for Home page, thereafter we can make further changes according to needs, and will not by worrying about Speed related results. As that would have already been seen and checked by using the same Demo for our site.
We need to get assured just once, regarding speed results for Mobiles through Google PSI

12. Please be noted, that I am NOT blaming Woodmart theme at all, regarding speed and similar comparison (atleast for Desktop by using same Demo – Decor).With that said and above request, we do NOT mean to say or inform, that Woodmart Theme is slow. By no means, we want to convey this.

13. As requested in point 7 earlier (credentials already shared), I would like to request you to please check with below-
a. Overall Theme settings, that we have made on site.
b. the LS Cache plugin
c. Its settings (regarding deferred, delayed). Its CSS settings

You can make changes and test accordingly, in order to get desire results. And to improve the overall performance specially for mobiles.
We have taken backup of LS Cache plugin settings. Even you take the backup first, before making changes. And can also, Export settings, once done. (Export option is there in the Toolbox settings of LS Cache plugin)
You can do research and a thorough testing no our site for LS Cache plugin settings to work accordingly.

PS: Plugin support team already suggested us most of the settings earlier. But as every Theme works differently and have their own code (and so Woodmart has got, with their own inbuilt caching part), their support are not aware of that.
However, the Theme developers have got idea about their code and working and proper idea with making settings on Cache plugins too. Your team can better suggest about required settings with Cache plugins accordingly. Just like you have got perfect idea about each setting with WP Rocket (even though this plugin is not yours and not developed by your team), similarly, you or team can suggest with the LS Cache plugin and its settings too.
