    Hi that is the easy way that you suggest me always. In the reall contition and live shop it is not very easy to do this, BTW today i am waking up at 6.00am to try it, i Disable all plugings and and keep only the default then i enable all and swhitch to default them and problem not happens

    I have logged into your website and checked by deactivating all the third party plugins and the product is working fine.

    Which clears that the issue is not from our theme. I have reactivated the plugins back on your website. You can try deactivating yourself.

    Hi again this issue is open for 10 days, we have an eshop where the customers cannot purchase in english version , i gave you access to check what happens. I refer above that i disable all plugins and the problem continue in the products with 2 variables and until yet i didnt get any answer in this critical issue

    We have reworked this functionality in our 6.3 version that is going to be released soon. You can temporarily install our beta version on your website if possible. Or on the staging website and test how it works.

    Just a min I have a client website that don’t work for more than 15 days in English version and he cannot get orders and you give me this answer? You say me about a week to disable all plugins and the problem it is not from your theme and other things. I want to fix this issue yesterday

    Hi loks work now. After update of this forum i send messages reply and the messages looks like sent but when i visit again i cannot find the sending message

    2. when you reply i dont get an email notification anymore
    3. it is so hard to find my open ticket in your pannel

    BTW the wishlist button continue not working when i try to add a product in wishlist and then visit

    If you try to add a product to wishlist the click to visit wishlist, the wishlish appears empty, in aditional if you try to visit private browsing it shows a 3 items in the list see this video

    Also, make sure that you excluded the wishlist and compare pages from the cache plugin. These pages shouldn’t be cached.

    Hello,

    It looks like a problem with your wishlist page configuration. Your compare page is set as wishlist. Please, select a correct page for the wishlist in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Wishlist and check how it works again.
