Do not have products by categories and attributes in menu section

I wanted to show products by categories on the menu and by brand names as well.
When in appearance->menu, I do not find any tabs which say , product by categories or by brands.
Further, how can I show products by attributes on the menu. I want navigation by attributes as well.
Would you please assist in this case, Attach is the screenshot.

As for the Brands you will need to use custom links. I would recommend using the WoodMart attribute filter that allows showing the attribute in certain categories: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/
