Activation Error !

    Hi.
    I just purchase the WoodMart Theme.
    I install them in WordPress.
    When I try to Activate it, it say
    “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”
    This is first time activation and the Code have been never used.
    i am using awardspace as a host.

    Could you please write us your server IP address? Also, send us your admin access so we can troubleshoot the problem.
