Shop preview images are not on the line

    Hello,

    how to make the product cards on the main page in one line? apparently, this is due to the different sizes of product images
    is there a way to automate this, and not manually do it? (see the screenshot)

    Hello,

    Products in one line on the home page can be made through settings of the “Products (grid or carousel)” element, or rather via the “Image size” field that is situated in the “Style” tab -> Products design. Among all options of the “Image size” field I advise you to try to choose these two – “WooCommerce Thumbnail” or “Custom” (this one allows you to set any size).

    Well, it works only on the main page where I can change that.

    But how about /shop and categories? Elementor doesn’t work there.

    See the screenshot. Why they are different? How can I change that?

    Hello,

    The Shop/Categories pages come from WooCommerce, hence it cannot be changed via page builder. The size of images on these pages is edited through a customizer, or rather via Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product Images.

    Sorry, it doesn’t work.

    I’ve attached WP login below.

    Could you please make all the images in all categories smooth?
    For example https://messer-blaster.ru/shop/ and https://messer-blaster.ru/product-category/instrument-i-oborudovanie/zaklepochniki/ they are not on one line.

    Also I want that they will be not cropped but resized like here https://blastertool.ru/

    It is quite diffucult plugin to understand.

    Hello,

    1. Each time you change the image size settings through the customizer, you need to regenerate all images (regenerate thumbnails). There is a special plugin for this.

    Also, you have some plugins for cache and pictures, before you configure something, first turn off all third-party plugins.

    2. Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t affect these settings and this is the default functionality of the WooCommerce.

    Thanks. Well, now they are all on the same line. But some looks cropped (see the screenshot). Do you know how to fix that? Like on https://blastertool.ru

    Hello,

    It happens when the image before the crop was rectangular, in other words, the rectangular picture is cropped in the square, that’s why you see it that way. Also, this cropping is the functionality of WooCommerce so we can’t influent it. But I can recommend you before uploading the image to make it with a square shape by yourself.
