    Hello, I have problems moving my website with your theme, my hosting provider say that it is the theme (Woodmart), I have tested with others themes an efectly they work fine, but with Woodmart it crashes, Error many redirects /wp-admin/… I read your advice about install a clean WordPress and then the theme and this work….but when I import data ( orders) from my production website it crashes.

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    You have two child themes and two-parent, leave 6.2.4 parent theme, and the child where you have added customization if any. Delete empty child and parent 6.1.4. Check the issue and let us know if the problem persists.

    Suggested has been done but the redirect problem in /wp-admin/ still persists.

    Hello, The “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin was installed, recommended by the theme, so that the content can be seen because the page was made with that pagebuilder, but it still does not show the content, it only shows
    code, it doesn’t seem to convert the shortcodes.
    Please check how the theme works.

    The access credentials are the same, they have not been changed.

    can we start modifying the site or are you still fixing something?
