checkbox missing in checkout page

I’m not able to find an option, where I could add a checkbox in the end of my “checkout” page.
We are obligated to have it to be sure that customer agree with private policy. Would you please help me?
I am using complainz plugin.

You need to create Terms and Conditions page in the WordPress default editor without builders and assign it in the Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.

thank you, I found it already but not in Woocommerce tab, it was in appearance -> customize -> checkout -> assign page for terms and conditions.
