Website lost its template and layouts

Hey,
I was having problem with resources getting maxed out. So i deactivated all the plugins to reactivate them all.
now even after activating them all my website is not loading as it was earlier.
No CSS,Js are getting loaded.
Kindly have a look at it and let me know what the problem is, what caused it and whats the solution to it.

Do you mean that when you disable your plugins the site starts to work correctly? It means that the problem is in some of the installed plugins and not related to our theme.

No what i meant was that after deactivating all the plugins and again after activating them all, the website layout was not as it was before.
Maybe the theme was disturbed or the templates or layout was disturbed.
Will you please go through the credentials and see how the website is looking.
That will help you understand what exactly am i facing.
As we can see, there are no required plugins activated at the moment. And your website loading speed is 1-2 minutes that is extremely long. Try to contact your hosting providers and ask to resolve the loading problem first.
