Why doesn't WPML come out to translate the information box?

Hi, I created a block header and translated it through the WPML module, but I checked it in all languages and it doesn’t change. I attach photos of what I did. Please help thanks.

Sorry for the delay. This is WPML bug: https://wpml.org/errata/translating-an-array-of-options-misses-translating-the-first-element-in-the-array/
