Hello,
Out Theme’s Related Products is a section that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
You can enable it from Theme Settings >> Single Product >> Related Products.
Otherwise you can try using the Woocommerce Upsells/Cross Sells:

The Answer Above Doesn’t answer my problem,
I want 2 types of related products
1. by tag
2 By Category
Hello,
Out Theme’s Related Products is a section that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
This is how it works by default and there is no option that you can configure one for category one for tags. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
