harshweParticipantHello Luke,
As suggested by Artem (here – https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/woodmart-6-3-beta-test-join-and-get-3-extra-months-of-the-support-period/#post-351258), we are creating New Topic to share details. Can you please take a look onto these and have them resolved. Or ask team to check and make necessary updates in the Beta Version and make it available during its actual Launch.
I recently installed the updated Beta version 6.3.0 on staging site (URL and credentials inside Pvt content)
Initially We found few issues or-and bugs while testing Woodmart 6.3 Beta Version-
1. When we click on Select options button from the Grid of each product on the Shop / Archive page, it then shows Nothing. It scrolls for few seconds and then disappears. Variations not showed up. Even the Quick View and Wishlist icons disappears. Nothing on mouse-hover too.
Even though we have enabled to show the Attributes and Ajax Add to Cart on the shop page also, for variable products.
You can try to replicate the same behaviour from our Live site, as it is working there.
http://www.vasangini.com/shop
And check the same is not working on Shop page of the Staging site.2. The Product tabs on the Single product page are misaligned and overlapping, with CSS breaking too. Mouse-hover top-line is moving towards top (upto few pixels)
https://i2.paste.pics/FXA9I.png3. Social icons on Top bar (in Header, Top Menu bar) are shifted, a bit, towards top. Hence are getting hidden behind the WP Admin Bar too.
4. We managed to show One-line of Title (as excerpt), in the Prev-Next box (shows on mouse-hover) on Single product page. However, it is again showing up Full Title. The same can be replicated on the Live site.
Screenshot (3,4) – https://i2.paste.pics/FXAAR.png
It looks like few custom CSS are not working with the updated version, or some other issue.5. Even the Sale, New and other Labels are misaligned too, on the Single product page.
6. Breadcrumbs on Single product pages are taking more space. There seems extra spacing, as well as may be larger font size too. Also, few others are taking up extra space, including ASK-Us, Add to Cart, Variation swatch images.
Most of these issues can be seen here in below video-
https://watch.screencastify.com/v/ln1HmU03EjSxz0FDQmqv6. Above all, I could not find the LAYOUT section anywhere inside the Dashboard,. Hence, unable to check the latest additions of Builders for creating Shop, product page, cart, checkout builders too.
I double check with the version, and found that the correct version in installed, with NO errors.
Workflow: I updated and overwrite the previous version, that is 6.2.0Update: The option to update the Core plugin, is not showing up. There is No message, to update the plugin. Nothing like New Version available or “Update Required” or so. Just like it says for other plugins.
And can be seen here-
https://i2.paste.pics/FXJXC.pngWhat could be the reason. This seems one of another bug. Couple of other users also pointed out too, regarding Woodmart Core Update option not available, in that Main Sticky thread.
Can you please suggest, how to update Core plugin, in this case. So as to check the New Builder features and other available options.
If I find anything else, I will let you know

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1, 3. The issue with the “Social buttons” and “Select option” buttons will be fixed.
2, 4, 5. In the new update, we changed the HTML structure of the “Product navigation” (https://prnt.sc/26s5nsy), “Product Gallery” (https://prnt.sc/26s605m), “Product Tabs” (https://prnt.sc/26s6noz), so the old custom CSS isn’t working.
6. The plugin update issue is resolved by reinstalling it, or rather removing the “WoodMart Core” plugin and installing it again via Appearance -> Install plugins. Also, it solves the problem of the disappearance of the “LAYOUT” section.
If there is ever anything we can do, please feel free to reach out to me anytime when you have anything more to say.
Kind Regards

harshweParticipantHello Luke,
1,3. OK
2,4,5. So in this case. What would be the solution. Will you or team share the updated CSS in order to fix these issues. If someone wants to achieve the same effect. That is Sale, New labels to be aligned properly, when using Right Vert. thumbnails and Title Excerpt on Prev-Next and in Widgets.
Other than that, not sure how Product Tabs issue will be solved. In either case, if that works some other way, we would still want to have the Colors of Tabs, BG and mouse-hover colors, like we currently have on Live site. And I hope this could still be done when Beta version will be launched.7. The Edit conditions button is not working. Means once after we apply, at first, then while editing any layout, when we try to Edit the Conditions again, the button do not works and not opening up. Video at bottom of 8th point.
8. Also, the New mini-Edit button for Typography in various Elements, Auto-collapses. There is No way, we can use and Edit the Typography options at all.
We click on Edit button, then use the scroll-bar to move down, the moment we release the Scroll-bar, the Fly-over options Auto-collapses, making it impossible to do any change. Similarly if we click outside.
Please see here –
https://watch.screencastify.com/v/wrQtlISralZgfAa7s7dE9. Currently we have 48:52 ratio for images-is to-Product Summary area on Single product page via CSS (shared by you). As well as there are few Pre-sets available for the ratio within Theme settings, as of now.
Wanted to know, how the Presets will affect, when someone start using the Layout Builder with different Row Layout Divisions. Say if someone chooses 1/3+2/3 (for image-to-Summary ratio), and chooses some other pre-set option within Theme settings for Layout or vice-versa. Then, in either case, which will take precedence, and how it will affect9.b. How can we have same 48:52 (or 47:53) ratio for image-to-summary while using Layout builder through WPBakery (instead of 1/2+1/2, that 50:50)
10. In Product Gallery Element, there is just one option, that is of – Thumbnails position.
I could not find the option for Main image. Main image size Metrics for different devices could have been provided there, additionally. So that everything would be at one place.
Including sizing options for Thumbnails. Mouse hover effects, Prev-Next colors and BG colors
Importantly, Enabling / Disabling of – Click to Zoom and Video icons per product, would be helpful for ALLRegards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
2,4,5. We will send you a new custom CSS code for that.
7,8. The problem with the “Edit conditions” button will be fixed.
9. Presets cannot affect the page builder’s settings. So as you set it in the builder so it will look.
9b. You can try to set e.g 1/3 + 1/2 or other settings for columns in the page builder of last resort.
10. We will improve the “Product Gallery” in our future updates. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you’re looking for.

harshweParticipantHello Luke,
2,4,5. Thank You.
7) Thank you for updating on Edit conditions issue.
8). As you only wrote about Edit conditions, hence, Just thought to ask and get confirmation, that whether the issue with the mini-Edit button for Typography in various Elements will be fixed too.
As shown earlier here –
https://watch.screencastify.com/v/wrQtlISralZgfAa7s7dE9). You suggested –
Presets cannot affect the page builder’s settings
I understand. But with our message in point 9 (earlier), I wanted to say that we are already using Custom CSS to have 48:52 ratio on Single product page (which was earlier shared by you).
What will happen in this case. Which will take the precedence. The custom CSS or the Layout builder.
If builder, then, do we have to remove the custom CSS, that we are currently using.9.b). In either case, How can we have same 48:52 (or 46:54) ratio for image-to-summary while using the Layout builder through WPBakery (instead of 1/2+1/2, that is 50:50)
1/3+2/3 or viceversa won’t work for us. As this is equal to 33.33+66.66 percent (and not even 1/2+1/2 as this is 50:50).9.c). I think there are some hacks or trick to use the Advance or custom Ratio for Columns to use with WPBakery (other than pre-set layouts)
Can you please guide on this, to achieve some custom Ratio for Columns in one Row using WPBakery builder.
Is there any way, we can define the layout in Percentage, rather than numbers or pre-defined layouts10. Thank you
Regards
February 17, 2022 at 10:14 am #353750
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
8. Sorry, I meant that both buttons will be fixed.
9. The custom CSS that I suggested to you earlier works only with the WooCommerce product page, therefore if you will use the Layout builder, those custom CSS will not work because the product page was built via Layout builder has another structure. So if you will use the custom product page, you can remove the custom CSS that gave the 48:52 ratio.
9b. In this case, you should use the custom CSS code for that.
9c. First of all, create a custom product page, and then I will prepare for you a custom code with the appropriate ratios.

harshweParticipantUrgent Please:
Hello Bogdan,In continuation to the same, we were ready to update to 6.3.3 (current version). Hence, we updated the theme to latest version on our Staging site first, to make sure everything works fine. However, we find few issues (that we came across earlier also).
Please check and share the updated custom code and CSS in order to resolve these issues, wherever required.
So that once resolved, we can then update the theme to latest version (6.3.3) on our LIVE site and apply the same custom CSS and code there (which you will share).11. On Single product page, the product labels (Hot, Sale, New…) are misaligned (as we mentioned in point 5 in the beginning of this thread)
https://watch.screencastify.com/v/bz3WfAfFdSSkLoIT0LTK
Please resolve or share the updated custom CSS to align these labels12. There are few other issues on Single product page after the update (as pointed-out in point 2, 4, and 6 above)
Video representation at the bottom of 12th pointa). Font Size of Product Title, Short desc. and Long desc. have changed. It looks like it is due to Predefined or Custom Selectors in Adv. Typo section, that we have set and using. Probably team has updated those selectors and few custom CSS for those.
Can you please look into the existing Predefined and Custom Selectors (in Adv Typo section) on our Staging site. And suggest what shall we use in-place of the existing ones.
Also, please share the updated Custom Selector too, in place of existing custom selectors, to fix this issue.b). As Luke shared Custom CSS earlier, hence thereby, we managed to show One-line of Title (as excerpt), in the Prev-Next box (that displays on mouse-hover) on Single product page. However, it is again showing up Full Title. The same can be replicated on our Live site (where it is working correctly) – https://www.vasangini.com
Screenshot – https://i2.paste.pics/FXAAR.png
Video (at bottom)
I think, Few of custom CSS that Luke shared earlier, are not working with the updated version.c) The Product tabs on the Single product page are misaligned and overlapping, with CSS breaking too. Mouse-hover top-line is moving towards top (upto few pixels), as shown below-
https://i2.paste.pics/FXA9I.png
(please see below video, how it appeared correctly, before update. Also it can be seen on our Live site, which is currently using 6.2.6)d). Similar to point 12. a) the colors of Product Price and Deleted price are reverted back to the Primary color.
We used one Selectors and few Custom Selectors to show the colors of Product price (as can be seen in video)
I think the team have changed the Custom selector codes for these also.
Below are few of the Custom Selectors that we are using (with version 6.2.6, now Not working)html .website-wrapper .price, html .website-wrapper .amount, .cart-widget-side .woocommerce-Price-amount, .autocomplete-suggestions .price, .autocomplete-suggestions .price .amount, html .product-quick-view .price .amount
I could not find the Predefined Selector for Prices (and Old price), for results displaying on Search Bar (please see video). Also, we had changed the colors of Product prices everywhere, that is for Prev-Next buttons and Widgets area, including Quick View and wherever they were displaying. In order to maintain uniformity.
Can you please check on the above custom selectors and share the updated one for these.
As Not all of these are still there as Predefined selectors in Adv. Typ (even in 6.3.3)
Video (for 12) a, b, c, d.: https://watch.screencastify.com/v/x5rbAAcXIY6Qn9ZJ70frPS: Luke suggested, he will share the Updated custom code and CSS, once we plan to update to latest version-

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHi,
11. This issue is caused by your custom code. Try to remove it first (video https://gyazo.com/fc57bf26d3b80fdc33ae0f107c63458c).
12. a) We have checked your Product title, Short product description, Product description and it is looking the same on both live and staging site (screenshot https://prnt.sc/mMyp57kT1UMU).
12. b) Try to use the following custom code.
.wd-product-nav-desc .wd-entities-title { text-overflow: ellipsis; overflow: hidden; width: 100%; max-width: 165px; white-space: nowrap; } body .wd-products-nav .wd-dropdown { min-width: 280px; }
12. с.) Try to use the following custom code.
.woocommerce-tabs .wd-nav[class*="wd-style-underline"] .nav-link-text { position: static; } body .wd-nav[class*="wd-style-underline"]>li:hover:not(.active)>a .nav-link-text:after { width: 0% } .woocommerce-tabs .wd-nav.wd-style-underline-reverse>li>a>.nav-link-text:after { top: 0; } body .woocommerce-tabs.tabs-layout-tabs .tabs li { min-width: 120px; max-width: none; width: auto; } body .woocommerce-tabs.tabs-layout-tabs .tabs li a { justify-content: center; } body .woocommerce-tabs.tabs-layout-tabs .tabs li .nav-link-text { line-height: 24px; } body .woocommerce-tabs.tabs-layout-tabs .tabs li.active a { opacity: 1; }
12. d) We have checked your Price styles and it is looking the same on both live and staging site (screenshot https://prnt.sc/GggsSrwzSEpQ).

harshweParticipantHello Luke,
11. I asked this earlier –
On Single product page, the product labels (Hot, Sale, New…) are misaligned (as we mentioned in point 5 in the beginning of this thread) https://watch.screencastify.com/v/bz3WfAfFdSSkLoIT0LTK
However, Bogdan suggested – “This issue is caused by your custom code. Try to remove it first (video https://gyazo.com/fc57bf26d3b80fdc33ae0f107c63458c).”
Point is that, this code was earlier provided by you itself (Luke) during one of the update, as those labels were not showing up correctly earlier during reverse thumbnail view (on single product page)
You suggested here-
348299My question is that – Does that mean, that it now do not require that same (prev) code and that has been resolved automatically with that recent update (version 6.3)
Or am I missing something.
Secondly, which code do I need to remove or mark off completely. As per Bogdan Video, it is not clear to me.
Please suggest.12. c) For this issue, everything seems OK (after using the code shared by Bogdan). However, there is a Huge padding or space above the Titles of product tabs, as can be seen from below-
https://i2.paste.pics/H6B7B.png
Please note, we are checking on Staging site. (on Live site it is working fine, as we are using older version of theme 6.2.6 on live site) And needs to first resolved on Staging site.Hence, to resolve this temporary, we come across this below code.
Just wanted to know, is this the correct code..wd-nav.wd-style-underline-reverse>li>a { padding-top: 6px; }
Can you please check and suggest further. Or do we require some other perfect code to resolve this.
13. I come across one issue that on staging site, the colored swatches on product and shop pages shows in Round shape, for the FIRST time, we opened staging site.
To get rid of this, we have to Refresh or Hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) everytime, to see those swatches in Square shape.
This is really frustrating. As users or visitors do Not know about it. This is happening on the version 6.3 or later onlyOn our Live site, we are having the same Square shaped colored swatches on Product as well as shop pages. Live site is using 6.2.6 version.
What could be the issue and how to resolve this. This should not be the Cache issue alone. Otherwise, this would have been happening on our Live site also.
Can you please thoroughly check and help to resolve this. This is how they are appearing erroneously in round shape on Staging site-
https://i2.paste.pics/H6B92.png
On Live site, showing correctly in square shapePlease suggest and resolve

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
11. This code worked well before the update, in the new update the HTML structure of the “Images Gallary” was changed so an error occurred due to the old code.
Please, navigate to Theme Settings -> Custom CSS and remove this code because it is no longer needed.
12. Yep, it’s the right code, you can use it.
13. The issue with the rounded swatches has been resolved by adding the
!important
value for the old custom code (more detail in the below screenshot). If you have any more questions or come across any other issues, let me know, I’ll be happy to help.

harshweParticipantHello Luke,
11. Thank you clarifying on this.
Yes, this worked.12. I found that even after marking-off this code, the tabs still showing correctly with NO extra Top padding gap.
https://i2.paste.pics/H7C6G.png
Can you please try to replicate at your end too.PS: I have even checked after clearing browser cache. Not using any Cache plugin on staging site.
13. Thank you.
14. I found another issue after updating to beta test 6.5 version
The Select options (or Add to Cart) button on Shop page is reverted back to some other color on staging site
It was correctly showing prior to 6.5 update, and can be seen on our Live site too, where it is correctly showing. It was showing up the color that was set as Primary color from Styles and Colors.
https://watch.screencastify.com/v/zR3ObGk57mUSPmtfRVrv
(for 14 a, b)a). Can I ask why.
Also, how can we fix this issue.b). There is another issue, but that started appearing after updating to 6.3 (previous beta version)
On the staging site, the Add to cart button on the variable product is showing smaller once we click “Select options” from the Shop page. However, on the Live site it is showing correctly, which is currently using 6.2.6 versionThe button should display across whole width of the image container of product on the shop page.
This can also be seen from that same above video.Just wanted to know, Why things kept changing with every update. We have to keep track of settings, the custom CSS and other changes with every update. This is really too much annoying. It takes too much of time to check and then to have those resolved. Going back and forth with the support too.
Can you please check and resolve this issue also.

harshweParticipantHello Luke,
In addition to my previous message (for points 11 – 14), there seems another issue on the Single product page-
15. After update to beta test 6.5 version on staging site, the Stock progress bar completely disappeared. As can be seen from below
https://i2.paste.pics/H7DFI.png
15. b) Also, the text “Left units” has been shifted from far right side to the bottom of the text “Sold units”This is how it is working on Live site (with previous version) and is supposed to work-
https://i2.paste.pics/H7DGX.pngPS: As far as I remember it was working correctly even with version 6.4

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
12. Some products have it, so I have checked it again and made the video which shows it.
https://monosnap.com/file/5jWFvEND5DeMKw7zE3HQ0pnKV0NdGu
14. You have the custom code that defined the “Primary color” for the button via Theme Settings -> Custom CSS.
https://monosnap.com/file/EHplLecDrObQcEKLTESc2J7FnRQYrp
14b. Seems that this issue comes from the third-party plugins so please try to disable all plugins that are not related to the theme and check the issue again.
15. Most likely, the problem with the progress bar is related to the custom code that is in the
functions.php

14. You have the custom code that defined the “Primary color” for the button via Theme Settings -> Custom CSS.
https://monosnap.com/file/EHplLecDrObQcEKLTESc2J7FnRQYrpThis above code was shared by you earlier, as it stopped or was Not working since 6.3 update.
Hence, your code worked from 6.3 version onwards. But that CSS again stopped working after 6.5 update. So much of changes kept happening every now and then, with every next update. Few of things completely broke and few of these started working back.
However, I will try by marking-off (disable) this code. Will let you know14.b)
Seems that this issue comes from the third-party plugins
This should not be possible. As I have the same set of plugins with same versions (also in the Live site and staging too).
On staging site when running 6.2.6 it was working fine. Stopped working after 6.3 update only (staging site has same plugins since then)
Can you please double check and help to resolve this issue.15. Yes, it could be due to this code. It was provided by you in the post response

Can you please share the updated and revised code, in order to work with latest theme version (6.5)

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
14. Okay, I understood.
14b. I have rechecked it and it looks like you have sorted it out.
15. In general, will be better to change these fields from the “progress bar” via the “Loco Translate”, and you will never have a problem with it.

harshweParticipantHello, Luke,
14 b) Yes.
I tried by disabling just one of the option from Smart Coupons plugin, and this started showing correctly on Shop page.
PS: Although the specific option was related to Single product page only, not sure why and how it affects the Add to Cart button on the Shop archive pages.15.
In general, will be better to change these fields from the “progress bar”…
I understand. But, I do not prefer to use any 3rd party plugin, specially just for these 2 words.
And as these words are from Woodmart itself, so I assume, code should be easy for you.
Can you please suggest the updated Code snippet for progress bar. Would highly appreciate itThe previous code (shared by you earlier) for your reference is below –

Here is an updated code for the progress bar, replace the old one with the below.

harshweParticipantHello Luke,
This below code worked on Staging site (running on theme 6.5v) perfectly. Also, on Live site (but just with one difference)
When we update the theme (6.5.2v) recently on our Live site, the Code alone works as it is, but the line height of progress bar is broader comparative to line height on the staging site.
Post link for the Code – 383934The CSS that you shared is below to adjust the line height of the progress bar (Topic number 345923)
/*stock progress bar line width - Luke */ .wd-stock-progress-bar .progress-area, .wd-stock-progress-bar .progress-bar { height: 3px; }
The same CSS is in use in both Live and staging site. On staging site it is reading correctly and shows in Dev mode as https://i2.paste.pics/HA9LF.png
However, on Live site the custom CSS is Marked-Off while we check using Dev tool. I could not understand, why so
https://i2.paste.pics/HA9MB.pngLive site (theme version 6.5.2)
CSS on Live site entered on line 400 in Global Custom CSS area-
https://i2.paste.pics/HA9P2.pngStaging site (theme version 6.5)
CSS on Staging site entered on line 403 in Global Custom CSS area-
https://i2.paste.pics/HA9PV.pngPlease suggest why there is such difference in bot Staging and Live and what could be the reason. And how to fix this issue.

I have checked it on your website and it seems that the custom code works well (check the below screenshot).
Please, clear the browser cache and check again. Let me know if you have still an issue on your side.

harshweParticipantHello Luke,
Thank you for testing on site from your side.
I tested both Live and staging on the Same browser, infact same Window (different tabs), hence I think, this should not be related to browser cache. However, I found that the issue seems resolved and the progress bar is correctly showing the height of 3px on Live site.
But to my surprise, I have Not cleared the browser cache at all.Your screenshot shows correctly and custom code is Not marked-off (striked)
But earlier story was something else. It can be clearly seen that, on Live site the custom CSS was Marked-Off earlier while we check using Dev tool (and now it is not)

Not sure, what actually happened.Still many thanks Luke 🙂
