Emergency!!!!! widget disappeared!!

    i am using woomart them, it shows widget on front end. but when I try to edit, show nothing on back end.

    Hello,

    Please check and make sure all the products, attributes, and attribute items have been translated.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    WPML
    If you use the child theme, switch to the parent and check.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, check your site admin access (I cannot log in) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    I have copy a web to test
    copy one has same problem
    you can do all test on it.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site, update the theme, and all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

    Then check how it works, let us know if the problem persists.

    I have updated all plugins and theme that I’m using.
    still show nothing on my back end widget.
    why?

    my support is going out the date, could you finish before it?
    or you can extend my period?

    dose Safe SVG have to be activate?

    If you use SVG images on your site, you would better activate it. If you do not use, this plugin is not necessary.
