Categories not working on product page

Product category is the Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence that.
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
As for the related products, please check if you have not disabled in the Theme Settings > Single Product > Show and hide the element.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

It would be better if you clone your site and move to a staging platform where we can test without stoping the functionality of your live site, I will never disable Woocommerce, however, I may disable payment gateways for 15 minutes which is not good for the live site.

Elementor, deactivate Elementor Pro as well.
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGThen activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I am sorry, I activated plugins back, I usually leave the site as it was. It was accedently.
Our developers are working on fixing incompatibility with Elementor Pro, however, most likely it was another plugin as Elementor Pro influences the WoodMart widgets, not the categories. Please check once more on your own.
