Stripe error message

    Hi.

    I’ve passed the staging website to live. Even though there was no error regarding payments on staging and payments are working on the live site, I get this message in two locations on the product page: Deprecated: wc_stripe_hide_payment_request_on_product_page não é usado desde a versão 5.5.0 e não existem alternativas. Please configure Payment Request Button locations through the Stripe plugin settings. in /home/XXX/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5701

    I don’t know how to fix this. This message didn’t appear on the previous theme nor on staging. Searching on google the only thing I see is that stripe loads unnecessary CSS everywhere which affects performance and might bring this message but there’s no fix.

    Please help.

    update: I see this fix. To add this to the product pages: add_filter( ‘wc_stripe_hide_payment_request_on_product_page’, ‘__return_true’ );

    Don’t know if it works, but how can I test this?

    Hello,

    No WordPress theme influences or can cause any problem with payments.
    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    If you see the same on the Storefront, please contact Payment Gateway support. Most likely the problem on the server side.

    Hi. The problem doesn’t show with another theme.

    This is related to apple pay and google pay. As a quick fix I went ahead and removed this function but it’s a shame.

    WordPress theme does not have and cannot have any payments. Most likely, your payment gateways conflict each other.
