    Good afternoon, I’m having a problem with the theme comparator. Please can you help me to know what is happening?

    Hello,

    Please describe the steps on how we can reproduce the error.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme and check if the error appears. I cannot view the theme version if it is older than 6.2.4, please make the full backup of your site and update the theme and plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
