Serve scaled images for speed

    Hi,

    In am trying to optimize the loading time of the site, but on gtmetrix the serve scaled images is always on zero.

    I have also tried to load a fresh wordpress with your woodmart theme (https://vegansko.si/tema/) and the serve scaled images is also zero.

    How can I optimize that, because the loading time is to big..

    Hi,

    You need to optimize images in two places:

    1. Products widget in the mega menu loads 245×280 try to decrease it to 65×75 for example in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display -> thumbnails images size.

    2. Instagram element also has large images. Try to edit this element with WPBakery Page Builder and change images size to thumbnails.

    Thanks, this helped a little. But Instagram with thumbnails images doesn’t load the pictures..

    Thanks for the quick response!
    It depends how long until the next update? If the update will be in the next week it is ok, otherwise I would like to have the instructions, because the site is going viral soon..
