Please check this manual to find the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-category-menu/ You need to disable “Show current category ancestors”

Remove categories would remove all the categories: https://gyazo.com/141e71c7f9db4919ced0233072b418d2

Remove the title would remove all the title block.
